2 Hour Reservations! Just in time for final exams, we have updated our reservation limits from one to two hours. When making your reservation online, use the drop-down menu to choose your booking time from 15 minutes to 2 hours. Check in / Check out • With the updated time period, it is no longer necessary to make two reservations. Check in at the start of your reservation and check out when you leave. Make Your Reservation • Why? A reservation guarantees the study room is available to you at the scheduled time. Reservations take precedent over casual use. Patrons using a study room without making a reservation may be asked to vacate. If the room you have reserved is occupied, go to the circulation desk and report the problem. |

EBSCO Database Issues + Updates
Issues Resolved • 8:00 p.m.
EBSCO reports "issues customers reported are now resolved."
Update • 4:00 p.m.
EBSCO indicates problem cause has been identified and they are continuing to work on a fix. At this time, individual databases seem to be more efficient than OneSearch.
We recommend selecting a research resource from the A to Z Database List and using the library catalog.
Update • 1:30 p.m.
EBSCO is continuing to investigate the problems. While databases and OneSearch no longer return error messages, searches continue to be slow and sporadic.
Original Post • 10:24 a.m.
We are currently experiencing access issues with OneSearch, EBSCO eBooks, full-text finder, and all EBSCO databases. Access, both on and off campus, is intermittent at best. EBSCO is continuing to work on the issue. Updates will be posted as we learn more. Thank you for your patience.
