Library Hours: Labor Day

AU Library hours for the Labor Day holiday weekend are:

• Saturday, September 1st - Library Closed
• Sunday, September 2nd  - Library Closed
• Monday, September 3rd - Library Open 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Regular library hours resume on Tuesday, September 4th.  Have a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend!

SciVerse Database Maintenance

The SciVerse database platforms that include Scopus and ScienceDirect will be unavailable because of maintenance from 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 25th, until 2:30 a.m. on Sunday, August 26th.  This will include the Scopus mobile app as well as access via computer.

ProQuest Database Maintenance

ProQuest databases on the new ProQuest Platform will be unavailable because of maintenance from 10:00 p.m. Saturday, August 18th, until 10:00 a.m. Sunday, August 19th.  Affected databases include The Wall Street Journal, ProQuest Dissertations & Theses, and American Periodicals.  "Find It" links for Wall Street Journal citations in Business Source Complete will not work during the maintenance period.

Upcoming Catalog Maintenance

On Wednesday evening, August 8th, the AU Library Catalog will be down for what is expected to be a short time as it undergoes an update.  On Thursday evening, August 9th, the OhioLINK Library Catalog and Electronic Journal Center (EJC) will be down briefly between 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.

ERIC Documents Unavailable

Full text of ERIC documents is currently unavailable through each of the ERIC interfaces.  Users who try to connect via the "Find It" link get a page saying that PDF files are currently unavailable.  The producer has indicated that they will keep us informed as they work through the problems, but they have given no indication how long it may take.

Web of Knowledge Maintenance

Web of Knowledge databases will be intermittently unavailable on Sunday, August 5th, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., because of scheduled maintenance.  This includes BIOSIS, Arts & Humanities Citation Index, Science Citation Index, Social Sciences Citation Index, and Web of Science.

Library Summer Hours: August

The Library's August hours schedule begins Saturday, August 4th.  Be sure to note AU Library will be closed Saturday, August 4th and Sunday, August 5th.

August 4th to August 19th:

• Monday through Friday - 8 am to 5 pm
• Saturday - Closed
• Sunday - Closed
