OhioLINK: AU Columbus Center

OhioLINK courier service to the Columbus Center will be discontinued at the end of this semester. Beginning today, Monday, November 10th, the option to select AU Columbus Center as a pick-up location will not be available. Please note that materials already in transit will be delivered to the Columbus Center.

All students may use the OhioLINK pick-up anywhere option and have requested materials delivered to any participating OhioLINK library (member institution).  After selecting an item to request, choose a pick up institution location from the drop down menu on the request verification page.

When picking up items at an OhioLINK library, be sure to (required) :

• present your Ashland University ID - OR -
• know your AU ID # and have a form of identification

If you need help with pick-up anywhere, visit the AU library reference desk or contact a reference librarian at ext 5402 or 419-289-5402.

Phishing Alert

Some faculty have reported receiving a message from "libservice" at ashland.edu that speaks of a need to recover library accounts.  There is nothing legitimate about the message.  Please delete it and do not click any of the links within it.

Library Hours Update: Fall Break

AU Library Hours for Fall Break are noted below. A complete listing of library hours and updates is available on the library web site.

• Saturday, October 18th - Closed
• Sunday, October 19th - Closed
• Monday, October 20th - 8 am to 5 pm

Regular library hours resume at 7:45 am on Tuesday, October 21st.

OhioLINK Website Maintenance October 16th

The OhioLINK website will be down for maintenance Thursday morning, October 16th, from 6 a.m. to about 8 a.m.  Other OhioLINK services, such as the OhioLINK Catalog and the Electronic Journal Center, are expected to remain available.

If you currently are not receiving email notices from the library such as courtesy notices and hold/pickup notices, please check your email spam folder. Be sure to mark any messages from the library as “not spam” so that emails from that address will not be classified as spam.
