We are experiencing problems with the Electronic Journal Center, the following email message is from Thomas Dowling at OhioLINK.
"The EJC is currently unavailable, with pages reporting an error message of "shibsp::ListenerException". This was reported to support last night and we will report any updates as we learn them."
