Introducing ProQuest CultureGrams 

Our newest OhioLINK database, ProQuest CultureGrams Online provides concise, reliable, and up-to-date cultural information on countries across the globe. Read country reports on daily life and culture, including the background, customs, and lifestyles of the world's people. Reports are written and reviewed by in-country experts and are updated as new information becomes available. CultureGrams is available from Archer Library's A to Z Database List and is currently featured as a new resource.

Archer Library is closed 

Monday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth.

Visit the Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History & Culture to learn more about Juneteenth.

"On June 19, 1865, Union troops arrived in Galveston, Texas with the news that the more than 250,000 enslaved Black people in the state were free. This day came to be known as #Juneteenth, now officially a federal holiday" (NMAACH.SI Juneteenth).

Have you had an opportunity to walk along College Avenue to view progress being made on the library cafe and north side of the building? Construction Update • Inside

Yes! We are open.

A temporary construction wall is now in place on the main floor. When you enter the library, turn left to access the elevators and library services, collections, offices, and the Center for Academic Support (7th floor). Remember, visitors should use the main doors to enter and exit the library building.

Library services located on the ground floor include: circulation, OhioLINK, and interlibrary loan; reference, technical services, and acquisitions; and an inside book return.  The after hours book return is located next to the library's brown loading dock doors, across from the Chapel.
